I am looking at a page in a website devoted to Asian archery, and it does have photos taken at/during Bhutanese archery tournaments… Since I do not know the average proportions of the average Bhutanese man, I will simply make an approximation.
The targets appear to be about chest-high to the archers, perhaps shoulder-width, and made of a plank of wood, perhaps two or three inches in thickness. In one photo, they look as though they are of two pieces… Figuring the “average” Bhutanese man might be around 5 feet in height, the targets might be 4 feet tall, 12 inches wide, and two or three inches thick - approximately.
That is, as stated, assuming the “average’ Bhutanese man is around 5 feet in height.
