Are Martin bows long lasting or do they break after a few months?

Absolutely love it! My entire family owns Martin bows. My husband’s & mine were even assembled by the same person! (You know that little sticker on the inside of the riser that tells you who assembled it?)
In answer to your edit, my husband and I have owned ours for ten year plus (my husband’s was used when he bought it), and the only thing either of us have ever replaced was our strings and peeps.

very good competition bow. But overrated as a hunting bow go with a Mathews or Bowtech. I currently have a Tribute and a Switchback XT. Love em’.

OK, but I prefer Hoyt Brand myself.*

I can’t speak on any of their compound bows, but I will reccommend their Traditional bows. I have a 50# @ 28″ longbow which I bought a little over 10 years ago, and it is still going strong; all I have ever had to do to “fix” the bow is change the string when it wears out.
