I don’t personally know of any place in Melbourne, Australia where you might train in Kyudo, but I have found a possible source of information. The website is (nearly) all in Japanese, so I really have no idea what it says — but there is an e-mail address you can try.
Good luck.

I was told that there’s a dojo just outside of Melbourne that practices the Muyoshingetsu form of Kyudo, this is the freestyle kyudo with no ranking system. Recently there’s a guy wanting to get ranked that had joined our local dojo in so cal from Australia, so apparently there’s no local federation dojo out there.
