Just buy a bow, arrow and board to shoot at. Set it up in your yard and practice on your own. You dont need to spend money elsewhere.

Gator Guns & Archery JOAD (Junior Olympic Archery Development):
David Taylor
2154 Zip Code Place
West Palm Beach, FL 33409
(561) 683-1411
Or contact this person:
Chris Nichols
and ask about SCA Archery (in fact, put “SCA Archery” in the subject line when you e-mail him - he’ll know right away that you want to know about archery) — where you can learn, where you can do it in Palm Beach County, Florida. He isn’t a certifed archery coach, most likely, but he might be able to help you find the least expensive ranges and such.
Just don’t start shooting in your yard. Check with the local police/government to find out if it is legal to do archery in your yard.

Go with Archerdude’s advice. You might get a ticket for shooting in your backyard, or your dad will get a ticket if you have a neighbor that report you.
Some clubs might let you shoot for free anyway so check that place he put on there.
