Most places that sell bows, especially specialty shops, will have an archery range.

If you are a kid ask your parents if you can go to a summer camp this summer.

See if there is a SCA (Society for Creayive Anachronism - medieval reenactment) group on your area - you have agood chance of someone who is able to at least give you the basics
